Lil' Wayne had the birth of his little son Neal Carter with his "rumored" girl friend Nivea Nash. this isnt good, this happens to be Lil' Wayne's 4t child and the baby is actually the 2nd one form the left. i feel like Wayne is preparing on his new show "Lil' Wayne & Toya&Nivea&Lauren&Latisha&Shaniqua&Diamond plus 8". i just hope he dont start having kids like he get tattoos we dont need 50 Waynes running around drunk of syrup.
